Huawei P40, P40 Pro complete specs leak ahead of March 26 launch

The new leak appears to have taken the lid off pretty much all the specs of the Huawei P40 and P40 Pro -- including the display, cameras and other internals.

Huawei is all set for the launch of its next flagship smartphone, P40 Pro on March 26. But ahead of the launch, we can already see a leak stating the look and specifications of the phone. The young leaster, Ishan Agarwal in partnership with 91Mobiles, has posted the press renders and full specifications of the phone. Let’s talk about it below.

Huawei P40 Pro – Leaked Specifications

Sporting a 6.58-inch will bear a curved edge design. Further details are unknown to the screen. It is likely to be a QuadHD+ display and as per seen in the press renders, there will be dual-punch hole design. Expect the phone to arrive in two colors, here the monikers of them are not stated.

Speaking about the camera setup, Huawei will be partnering with its usual partner, Leica. As per the leak, the quadruple rear camera setup will be housed by a primary 50MP sensor, a 40MP secondary sensor, 12MP third sensor, and a 3D ToF sensor. Interestingly, the rear camera setup will have a 50X SuperSensing Zoom  and stabilization, according to the source.

The company is also teasing a proprietary XD Fusion Engine technology for improved pictures. Talking about the selfie camera, it will be aided by a 32MP resolution main camera and a depth sensor with unknown resolution. The phone will be powered by a Kirin 990 5G-enabled SoC. Unfortunately, there’s no word on configurations, I.e. RAM and storage variants.

The phone is said to offer a 4200mAh capacity battery with 40W wired fast charging support. There is a possibility that Huawei could also introduce a 40W wireless fast charging. Or it could be limited to the 27W. Huawei is not likely to introduce Google Apps or Play Store services in regards to the ban. At this moment take all the information with a pinch of salt.
