“Taapsee Pannu Is Rude, Anushka-Virat Are Friendly”: Paparazzo Opens Up About What Celebrities Are Really Like Off Camera

A paparazzo shares surprising experiences from Bollywood, including why Taapsee Pannu sometimes feels “rude” to him and how Virat–Anushka handle photographers. The full conversation below reveals what really happens behind the camera.

Over the years, the glamour of Bollywood hasn’t been limited to films and red carpets, and now a big part of the industry’s public image comes from paparazzi, who capture celebrities during events, airport sightings or even during their casual outings. Their job may look exciting from the outside but it often comes with mixed experiences. Recently, during a conversation with Hindi Rush, a paparazzo shared stories about working in the industry including moments involving Taapsee Pannu.

The photographer Snehkumar Zala, spoke openly about how celebrities react differently to being photographed. According to him, most actors are polite but sometimes situations can become uncomfortable if boundaries are crossed.

“Actors Are Not Rude, Sometimes Situations Become Like That”

When asked if any celebrity had been rude to him, Sneh first tried to explain that the situation is often misunderstood. He said, “Actors are not really rude. But if someone tells me once not to take photos and I still continue, then if they repeat it two or three times, a reaction is natural. It’s not exactly rudeness.” His point was simple, photographers must also respect a celebrity’s request if they don’t want to be clicked.

But Why He Mentioned Taapsee Pannu

When pushed further about whether any actor specifically refuses photos, Sneh admitted that Taapsee Pannu sometimes comes across that way to him. He said: “It’s not like this with everyone but sometimes with Taapsee Pannu. I’m taking her name because she sometimes feels a bit rude to me. If you don’t want to be photographed, you can just say no. I’m not trying to say anything negative about her but she refuses.”

He further explained why he personally stopped photographing her frequently, “Sometimes she simply says things and leaves. I’ve seen many such videos too. I’ve only photographed her once or twice, but when she reacts like that I don’t feel good about doing it. I enjoy photographing most celebrities but with her I don’t enjoy it. I do it only because it’s part of the job.”

Virat Kohli And Anushka Sharma’s Approach

Sneh also spoke about how Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma behave with photographers. According to him, they are friendly but very careful about their children Vamika and Akaay’s privacy. The paparazzo shared, “Virat and Anushka are friendly with us. We know how they will pose for photographs. They come, put their children in the car, and then pose for photos.”

He also recalled a moment when photographers had to be mindful. “Once, when they were travelling, Anushka was holding Akaay and Virat told us only to click him and not them. At that moment, photographers started behaving like fans and asked to get a photo with Virat. At that time, they should’ve let him go because his wife and kids were waiting.”

The paparazzi world often shows only one side of celebrity life but conversations like this reveal the reality behind the lens. Respect, boundaries and timing matter for both sides. While some stars enjoy the attention, others prefer privacy and that balance is something photographers learn with experience.
