- Baahubali 2: The Conclusion
Topping the list of the highest-grossing Telugu films is the 2017 released S. S. Rajamouli’s directorial “Baahubali 2: The Conclusion“. The film is the second installment of the 2015 released, “Baahubali: The Beginning“. Baahubali 2 has grossed a whopping 1742cr worldwide till now, therefore becoming the highest grossing Telugu film. The film starred Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah Bhatia among others.
2. RRR
Second on the list is 2022 released yet another film of director S. S. Rajamouli, “RRR“. Starring Ram Charan, Jr NTR and Alia Bhatt the film became a sensation worldwide in 2022. The film grossed approx. 1250cr and became the second highest grossing Telugu film of all time.
3. Baahubali: The Beginning
On the third spot, is 2015 released, “Baahubali: The Beginning” by S. S. Rajamouli. The film starred Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty and Ramya Krishnan among others. The 2015 released film is the third highest grossing Telugu films of all time with a whopping worldwide box office collection of approx. 572.1cr.
4. Saaho
On the fourth spot is Sujeeth’s directorial action-thriller film “Saaho” featuring Telugu superstar Prabhas along with Bollywood actors Shraddha Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Neil Nitin Mukesh. The film grossed a worldwide collection of approx 413cr.
5. Pushpa: The Rise
Last but not the least, is Sukumar’s popular Telugu blockbuster film “Pushpa: The Rise”. Despite being released during pandemic the film became one of the highest grossing Telugu films. Starring Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil the film is an action-drama film that grossed approx. 356cr worldwide. The second installment of the film is currently in making.
