SSMB28: After Sarkaru Vaari Paata, South actor Mahesh Babu is ready to hit the theatres again with his upcoming film SSMB 28. The makers of the film recently shared a big update on social media announcing that the pre-production of the film has begun meanwhile, the regular shoot will commence in August. The film is expected to hit the theatres in 2023.
Mahesh Babu To Collab With Trivikram & Pooja Hegde For SSMB28
The ever-green duo of Mahesh Babu and Trivikram Srinivas is back to reign with SSMB 28. According to the latest updates, the film’s pre-production has started as the film goes on floors in August meanwhile, the film is expected to arrive in theatres in summer 2023. In the film, Mahesh Babu will be seen along with ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’ actress Pooja Hegde who will play the leading lady in the film. S Radhakrishna will produce the film under Haarika & Hassine Creations.
The makers shared the news on social media and wrote, “The Evergreen Combo of Super Star @urstrulyMahesh & our Darling Director #Trivikram is back to REIGN! The most eagerly awaited #SSMB28 pre-production has started on EPIC proportions! Shoot starts This Aug Be Ready for a MASSive Blast at the Screens ~ Summer 2023!”.
The much-loved combo of Mahesh and Trivikram has been earlier seen in films like Athadu and Khaleja, SSMB28 will mark their third collaboration. According to reports, Mahesh Babu will be seen in a never-seen-before avatar in this commercial entertainer.
Meanwhile, earlier this year the muhurat ceremony of the film was held in Hyderabad, Mahesh decided to give the launch a miss, however, his wife, actress Namrata Shirodkar graced the ceremony and gave the first clap for his upcoming film. Mahesh Babu, who gave the event a miss, took to Twitter to share a post. He shared the photo of the clapboard and wrote, “A new chapter unfolds! #Trivikram @hegdepooja @MusicThaman @vamsi84 @haarikahassine.”
Mahesh Babu’s SSMB28 will feature a premium cast and the most celebrated craftsmen will associate to handle different departments. Meanwhile, the movie is reportedly made on a pretty high budget with high standard production values. On the other hand, the music for the film will be given by the in-form composer S Thaman. PS Vinod will lever the camera, while Naveen Nooli is the editor, and AS Prakash is the art director for the upcoming Telugu film.
