Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj Leo is a much anticipated and highly awaited Tamil film starring South superstar Thalapathy Vijay. The film’s audio launch was expected to take place on September 30. However, the event has now been canceled due to the high demand for tickets. Reacting to the same fans and netizens took to Twitter and shared their disappointment over event’s cancellation on social media.

Thalapathy Vijay’s “Leo” Audio Launch Cancelled
On Tuesday, makers of film Leo took to X formerly known as Twitter to announce the cancellation of film’s audio launch event. The makers highlighted the fact that due to the overflowing passes’ requests and considering the security and safety of the people they have decided to call off the event to avoid any stampede like situation.
They tweeted, “Considering overflowing passes requests & safety constraints, we have decided not to conduct the Leo Audio Launch. In respect of the fans’ wishes, we will keep you engaged with frequent updates. P.S. As many would imagine, this is not due to political pressure or any other reasons.”
And ever since the announcement hashtags like “We Stand with Leo’ and “DMK fears Thalapathy Vijay” have been trending on social media. Many netizens claimed that the political party DMK (Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam) was behind the cancelation of the event.
Sharing their disappointment a user tweeted, “Biggest disappointment of the year really nothing else could console this feel.. totally disappointed..no words.. #LEO”, another tweeted, “More than anything, we were just waiting for Thalapathy’s speech & it so happens max twice a year; & wanted #LeoAudioLaunch to happen so much especially after recent other ALs & also to put an end to all rumors. All this gone down the drain now.”.
