1. Leo (2023)

Directed by “Vikram” and “Kaithi” director Lokesh Kanagaraj, Leo is an upcoming much-anticipated Tamil action thriller film which will feature actor Thalapathy Vijay alongside Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt and Ponniyin Selvan actress Trisha Krishnan. Apart from them the film will also feature Arjun Sarja, Priya Anand and others in significant roles. Produced by S. S. Lalit Kumar and Jagadish Palanisamy the film will be released in the theatres on 19th October 2023.

2. Thalapathy 68

Apart from Leo, Thalapathy Vijay’s upcoming film, Thalapathy 68 has also been grabbing the headlines lately. The much-anticipated film will be directed by Venkat Prabhu. As per the reports, the film will be a political action thriller with a multi-starrer cast. Actor Vijay Thalapathy is also rumored to be playing a “double role” in the film however it’s not confirmed yet. Both Jyothika and Priyanka Mohan are rumored to have joined the cast. The film will go on floors by November or October and will be released in 2024.

3. Jawan (Cameo)

Last but not least, is Atlee’s film Jawan. As per the reports and rumors, actor Vijay Thalapathy will be appearing in Atlee’s upcoming film “Jawan” with a cameo. Moreover, it is also claimed that Thalapathy Vijay will make a cameo appearance in “Jawan” without any remuneration. Starring Shah Rukh Khan, Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara the film will be released in the theatres on 7 September 2023 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu languages.
