On 9th February two much-awaited and highly anticipated South films including Rajinikanth starrer Tamil sports drama Lal Salaam and Ravi Teja starrer Telugu film Eagle were released in the theatres. Both the films opened up to positive reviews and faced tough competition at the box office with their clash. However, Monday marked a huge drop for both the South films. Here’s how much amount these two films have collected at the box office till now.
Lal Salaam Box Office Collection Day 4
As per Sacnilk.com, Rajinikanth starrer Tamil sports drama, Lal Salaam earned ₹ 3.55Cr on its opening day. Unfortunately, the film showed no signs of growth during the weekend earning ₹ 3.25 Cr on Saturday and ₹ 3.00 Cr on Sunday. Failing the Monday test the film earned only ₹ 1.13 Cr on its 4th day, taking the domestic total to ₹ 11.08 Cr
Eagle Box Office Collection Day 4
As per Sacnilk.com, Eagle earned a total ₹ 6 Cr on its first day at the box office. The film later witnessed a slight drop during the weekend earning ₹ 5 Cr on Saturday and ₹ 4.70 Cr on Sunday. However, the Telugu film witnessed a huge drop on Monday earning only ₹ 1.50 Cr. Starring Ravi Teja, the Telugu film Eagle currently stands at a domestic total of approx. ₹ 17.55 Cr.
