South Actress Pranitha Subhash Touches Her Husband’s Feet, Netizens React!

South actress Pranitha Subhash worships her husband on the occasion of Bheemana Amavasya.

South actress Pranitha Subhash shuts down trolls by posting a picture where she can be seen touching her husband’s feet on the occasion of Bheemana Amavasya. In the picture, Pranitha can be seen in a yellow salwar kameez. The actress who is a proud follower of Sanatan Dharam, prayed for the long life of her husband and worshipped him.

She wrote in the caption, “Offering puja on the occasion of Bheemana Amavasya this morning. To you, it may be a show of patriarchy (from what I saw last year, with meme pages etc debating this), but to me , it holds great significance. In Sanatana Dharma, most rituals have a story to back why it is significant. And to argue that Hindu rituals are patriarchal is completely baseless as it’s one of the few faiths where Goddesses are worshipped equally.”

However, this time, people have stood in her support. A fan called her “Modern day Sita,” while some said that her latest post is a “Burnol for wokes.”

A female fan wrote in the comment section, “I am an independent woman, I’m a feminist, I would consider myself woke and I support this because this is her decision. She chooses to worship her husband according to sanadhana dharma, she chooses to practise Hinduism with full integrity and that’s her choice. That’s what feminism is, women doing what they want & like without being forced. You do you boo.”

Someone praised her by saying, “We want such kind of celebrities who take our culture as pride and honour.”

Pranitha married businessman Nitin Raju in an intimate ceremony on 30 May 2021. A year later, she welcomed a baby girl named Arna.
