Remember the village girl Gauri in Ashutosh Gowariker’s directorial Lagaan? Actress Gracy Singh was highly praised for her role in the film and even bagged several awards. We also saw her as Dr. Suman in Sanjay Dutt’s film Munna Bhai MBBS. After her initial success in these two critically acclaimed movies, Gracy Singh appeared in a few other films, but none of them managed to replicate the same level of success. She faced challenges in securing leading roles in big-budget Bollywood projects, and her presence in the industry became relatively low-key over the years.
Her last Bollywood film was Blue Mountains also featuring Rajpal Yadav and Ranvir Shorey, which was released in 2013.
Where is Gracy Singh nowadays?
After quitting Bollywood in 2013, Gracy was seen in a Punjabi film called Chooriyan in 2015. But that was her last film. She has not worked in any movie since then.
Gracy then transitioned to Television after bidding goodbye to films. From 2015-2017, she worked in &TV show Santoshi Maa where she played the role of Goddess Santoshi. From 2020-2021, she again featured in the sequel of Santoshi Maa.

Though Gracy has disappeared from Bollywood, she is quite active on Instagram. However, she has a relatively low following in comparison to other actresses. She has only 145k followers on the popular app.
With many disappeared stars like Fardeen Khan, Zaid Khan and Sahil Khan are making their comebacks after a long time, we wonder if Gracy would return to the big screen anytime soon.
