Rajkummar Rao, along with his wife Patralekhaa, attended the special screening of the film ‘Anek’ on Thursday night. Before entering the theatre, Rajkummar posed for the paparazzi and also interacted with the media. Rajkummar Rao, who has previously worked with Ayushmann Khurrana in ‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’, appreciated his film choices and acting skills.
Rajkummar said, “Ayushmann chooses amazing films and does his job very well. He looks very different in Anek.”
Talking about his latest film ‘Anek’, Rajkummar said, “We loved the trailer. Anubhav Sinha Sir makes wonderful and great films every time. And I think Anek is going to be his best film till date.”
Lyricist Javed Akhtar, who also attended the Anek Movie premiere said about Ayushmann Khurrana: “He is a very fine actor and in a very short time, he has played very different kinds of roles. And every time, he has been equally effective.”
Anek is a socio-political action thriller film directed by Anubhav Sinha. The film has been released worldwide today in theatres. The film also stars model Andrea Kevichusa in the leading role.
Meanwhile, Rajkummar Rao is also gearing up for the release of his film ‘Bheed’, directed by Anubav Sinha.
