Anubhav Sinha’s movie ‘Anek’ marks the Bollywood debut of model Andrea Kevichusa. The new actress in town has received a warm welcome from Bollywood as well as the audience. The Nagaland beauty says, “I have received an outpour of encouragement and support from everyone and I think I just want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone. I hope everyone likes this film. We have put in a lot of hard work and it has a very strong message. And I hope that people resonate with it.”
Andrea marked her presence at the special screening of Anek, held in Mumbai on May 26. Speaking about her co-star Ayushmann Khurrana, Andrea Kevichusa adds, “Ayushmann is great. Since day one, he has been very friendly. I have learned a lot from him and I think I still have a lot more to learn. It was a great experience. The best thing about him is his personality. I felt very comfortable and safe with him on set.”
‘Anek’ is an action thriller socio-political film directed by Anubhav Sinha. The film focuses on an undercover cop on a mission to gain peace in Northeast India.
Anek has released worldwide in theatres on May 27.
