Former team India skipper MS Dhoni’s wife Sakshi Dhoni too condemned the horrific action and shared a message on her Instagram.

The wild elephant had left the Silent Valley forests in Palakkad district, wandering to a nearby village in search of food where she ate the pineapple filled with explosions. The fruit exploded in her mouth and left her in searing pain as she spent days walking around the village, unable to eat anything due to her injuries. Eventually, she passed away standing in a river.
