The Mumbai squad clinched a massive win over the Rajasthan during their outing at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium, in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday. Mumbai defeated Rajasthan by 57-runs in their Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 fixture. During the post-match presentation, skipper Rohit Sharma was all praises for the efforts of the Mumbai team.

In the post-match presentation, the Mumbai skipper said, “We have a lot of quality and it’s about getting the job done. They all have a lot of confidence. They’re all talented and they can take the game away on their day and it’s all falling into place.”

After struggling in the start of the tournament, the Mumbai squad is back in form. The Mumbai-based franchise also registered its hat-trick win the 13th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL).

The Mumbai captain also praised his bowlers for their brilliant performance. Rohit Sharma was in praise of Jasprit Bumrah, who reached the milestone of a 4-wicket haul in the T20 tournament.

Mumbai aksed Rajasthan to bowl first after winning the toss. During Mumbai’s batting inning, Suryakumar Yadav scored unbeaten 79-runs off 47 balls. This fiery inning of Yadav consisted of 11 fours and 2 sixes. Suryakumar’s knock helped Mumbai put up a target of 194 with a loss of 4 wickets.

The Rajasthan batsmen didn’t get a good start as they lost early wickets. They winded up scoring 136 for the loss of 10 wickets. Thus, Mumbai won the game by a 57-run margin.

Rajasthan skipper Steve Smith criticised his team’s performance by saying that losing early wickets won’t help.

Now, the spectacular win helped Mumbai reach the top of the IPL Points Table. On the other hand, Rajasthan is at the number seven position in the eight-team table.
