Prakash Raj makes a sarcastic tweet while sharing images of Ganesh Idols inspired by BJP, KGF 2, Pushpa and RRR.

After spending two years under restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Indian citizens are celebrating the Ganesh Utsav with 2x enthusiasm. The 10-day Ganpati festival is a huge celebration in Maharashtra while Hindus across the states also offer their prayers to Lord Ganesha by visiting temples, pandaals or arranging puja ceremonies at their homes.

Every year, people come up with innovative Ganesha idols. This year, people have taken massive inspiration from superhit south movies KGF 2, RRR and Pushpa. Images of idols imitating Allu Arjun’s signature style from Pushpa are going viral. Someone also made an idol based on Yash’s character as Rocky and is seen manning a heavy machine gun. Meanwhile, a few images are also circulating online which show an idol inspired by RSS and also show PM Modi’s idol sitting in between while Ganesha stands behind Modi’s idol.

These images have now been shared by actor and politician Prakash Raj. He took a dig and wrote on Twitter, “Doesn’t these hurt our sentiments…#justasking”

However, people have criticized Prakash Raj in return. Read a few tweets:
