Sai Pallavi is a famous actress in the South Indian film industry. After giving multiple hits in Tamil, Malyalam and Telugu industry, the actress will soon be making her debut in the Bollywood arena with Nitesh Tiwari’s next mythological drama – Ramayana. However, as the actress was onboarded for portraying the role of ‘Sita Maa’ opposite Ranbir Kapoor as ‘Ram’, the Telugu star has embroiled herself into a severe controversy. Netizens pour out heavy backlash on Sai Pallavi’s debatable remarks on the Indian Army, alongwith other disputed sayings.

Sai Pallavi TROLLED On Her Comments On Indian Army

An old interview of the South Indian actress has resurfaced on the internet, leading to serving her with a multitude of hate comments. The actress in the video can be seen comparing the murder of cow smugglers as equivalent to the genocide attack on Kashmiri Pandits. Also, Sai Pallavi stated, “People in Pakistan think our army is a terrorist group. But for us, it is them. So, their perspective changes. I don’t understand violence.” This labelling of the Indian Army as a terrorist has brought her to severe criticism. Fans who were once excited to welcome Sai in Bollywood are now spamming social media with requests of removing her from Ramayana. Social media is boiling with rage against the actress with comments and tweets flooding the internet.

Taking it to X, a user wrote, “Remove this DISGUSTING LADY from the role of Maa Sita!! She is a DISGRACE!!

Another individual tweeted, “So Sad this Communist Sai Pallavi is playing role of Sita Ma in Ramayan. She is saying Pakistan people see Indian Army as terrorists.” Many gave her tags like, ‘brainless bimbo’, ‘beauty without brain’, ‘loose tongue’ and more.

The viral video is dated back to January 2022, however, the remarks have abruptly caught all the attention after two years and now admirers of Sai Pallavi seem extremely unhappy from the derogatory remarks on Indian Army.
