As soon as the actor-Shiv sena leader Govinda accidentally shot himself on the leg, on Tuesday morning – he was rushed to Mumbai’s Criticare hospital for immediate treatment. While the actor continued to be in the ICU ward, police was not able to record his first-hand statement. However, now that the investigation got them the chance to investigate deepere and converse with the actor a day after the accident occured, it comes out as the police is not satisfied with his series of events explaining the Govinda bullet injury.

The police detects some foul play as per the reports by PTI. When the Mumbai police officials communicated to the actor on Wednesday, they did not seem convinced with the way accident occured. There will be deeper investigation held where Govinda will be summoned for better justifications and answers once he gets better. The police on Tuesday recorded his daughter Tina Ahuja’s statement who said that the revolver was misfired by dad as he was busy cleaning it.

Sensing doubts in the Govinda bullet injury matter, a special crime branch headed by inspector Daya Nayak will be taking over a parallel enquiry, an official from PTI reported. Although there is no official complaints lodged regarding the same against the issue, but because of Govinda’s unsatisfactory responses,the discussion will be held once again between him and the special crime branch.
On Tuesday morning, Bollywood actor Govinda who was supposed to leave for Kolkata for an event, misfired his licesned gun from of Webley company and the bullet hit him near his left knee. Reportedly he was alone at the moment as wife Sunita Ahuja was already in Kolkata. The actor was rushed to the hospital early at the morning around 5.15am as the incident occured at 4.45 am in the morning.
