A few of the most effective oils that can help you reduce dandruff are tea tree oil and coconut oil. These oils have anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties to avoid dandruff.

How to use– Use tea tree oil and coconut oil for hot oil massage. Massage it on the scalp for a good few minutes. Keep the oil for around 30 minutes and wash off with lukewarm water.

How to use– Take 1 cup of curd (dahi), with 1 tsp of lemon juice, you can also add 5tsp of fenugreek powder for effective results. Make a smooth mixture and apply it on your scalp. Keep it for 40 minutes and rinse off with water.

How to use– Use egg yolk and apply it on the scalp. Cover your hair with a foil or cloth and keep the mask for about 30-40 minutes. Rinse it off with water.

How to use– Take an aloe vera leaf and remove the yellow liquid. Keep it dipped in water until all the yellow liquid is taken out. Peel off the outer layer of the aloe vera and keep the gel inside of the leaf. You can also store the extra gel for weeks. Apply the gel to your scalp and keep it for about 30 minutes to an hour. Wash off with mild shampoo. Repeat the process for 2-3 times a week for effective results.
