Back in April, superstar Akshay Kumar announced the remake of the Tamil film Soorarai Pottru. The film originally starred Suriya in the lead. Saravanan Sivakumar known by the stage name Suriya confirmed on Wednesday that he will share the screen in the remake of his own film.
