Divya Agarwal has today announced a split with Varun Sood. Ending their relationship of over three years, she penned an emotional note on Instagram. She said, “I hereby formally declare that I’m on my own in this life and would like to take my time to live the way I want to!”
Divya Agarwal and Varun Sood’s love story began on TV reality show MTV Ace Of Space in 2018. It was during the show Varun and Divya grew close and Varun confessed his feelings first. However, Divya’s reaction wasn’t something anyone could have expected. When Varun said he likes Divya, she threatened him and asked him if he’s doing all of this for publicity or to create an impact. She further told him that if he’s lying about his feelings, her father will get him arrested and he will never be able to date anyone after that.
The duo eventually got into a serious relationship and was even living together. The news of their break-up has come as a big shock for their fans and well-wishers. A few weeks ago, they had celebrated their third anniversary and the couple looked very much in love.
The reason for their break-up is not known yet. In her announcement post about break-up, Divya wrote, “It’s not always necessary to have big statements, excuses and reasons for a decision. It’s just my choice to step out of it.“
She also wrote, “No i don’t blame anyone for anything that’s happening to me.. I feel worked up .. and that’s okay .. I want to breathe n live for myself .. that’s okay!“
