The New Year ushers in new beginnings and new hope, and we believe there’s no better time than now to reflect on all you’ve accomplished and overcome in 2021. Despite the turbulence due to the ongoing pandemic, New Year’s Eve is the ideal time to introspect and reset. Everyone has a different take on what is the best way to ring in the year – some of us would love to travel to a new location and party the night away, while there are many others who’d like to spend it on their couch in their most comfortable pajamas with friends and family.

And here’s how the cast of the upcoming youth drama – MX Original Series “Campus Diaries” plans to usher in 2022:

Harsh Beniwal – “Go to a New Year’s Eve destination”

Exploring a new location or in some cases, traveling to the same place that is special somehow is one of the great ways to ring in the New Year. Goa is Harsh’s top pick place to spend the last week of this year. It is the perfect place to kickstart the new year with friends and family. From bohemian beach parties to spectacular nightclub events, resorts, cruises, or bars – Goa has something for everyone.

Ritvik Sahore – “Reunite with old buddies”

Ritvik essays the typical yaaron ka yaar as Abhilash in the web series and the two seem quite similar in their approach. Even Ritvik would love to go out with his pals and enjoy a nice night out and later come back home to a movie night. “There’s nothing like spending your new year in your pajamas, conversing with your childhood pals on a leisurely, popcorn-filled movie night”, says Ritvik.

Salonie Patel – “Party like there is no tomorrow”

For Salonie, the best way to end the year would be to party like there’s no tomorrow, meet new people and make some amazing memories. She loves dancing and would pick a party with friends, going club hopping rather than staying in.

Created by Prem Mistry and Abhishek Yadav, Campus Diaries is so-not-your-regular-college-drama because it goes beyond the routine masti and dosti plots that quintessential youth dramas portray and tackles relevant yet lesser-discussed issues like ragging, one-sided love stories, rampant drug abuse, and toxic relationships that mold your personality and ready you to face the real world.
