Kapil Sharma Remebers Raju Srivastav On The Kapil Sharma Show

The upcoming episode of The Kapil Sharma Show will feature many renowned popular faces of the comedy industry including Sunil Pal, Ehsaan Qureshi, Jayvijay Sachan, Rajiv Thakur, Vijay Ishwarlal Pawar, and others. The episode will especially be dedicated to the late comedian Raju Srivastav.

The recently shared promo of the upcoming episode features Kapil remembering Raju Srivastav, he says, “Whenever Raju bhai’s name comes up, it brings a smile to one’s face. That is what he would have wanted. So today, we will remember him and pay tribute to him while laughing.”

While at the end of the promo Kapil will be seen dedicating song Jeena Yahan Marna Yahan for Raju Srivastav, sharing the promo, Kapil wrote, “A tribute to our beloved #rajusrivastava bhai this weekend only on @SonyTV.” Take a look-

Reacting to the video many celebs and fans shared their reactions, Vindu Dara Singh wrote, “naman we will love and remember him forever ##rajushrivastav bhai the legend”. Apart from him a user commented, “Legend miss you”, another commented, “He’ll be smiling up from heaven”.

About Raju Srivastav

Raju Srivastav passed away on September 21 at the age of 58. He had been on life support for over 40 days after he was admitted to the All Indian Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi on August 10 due to a heart attack. The late comedian was cremated on Thursday, September 22, in Delhi.

Raju Srivastav was a well-known name in Bollywood since the 1980s. He had worked in several hit Bollywood films, including, Baazigar, Bombay to Goa, Aamdani Atthanni Kharcha Rupaiya and more. The late comedian rise to fame after participating in the first season of the reality stand-up comedy show ‘The Great Indian Laughter Challenge in 2005.
