During the Great Grand Premiere of Indian Idol 2020, Shanmukhapriya was declared as the 8th Ajooba by the rocking Himesh Reshammiya. He was in awe of her performance couldn’t stop appreciating her and felt she has a voice which would be like asset to the music industry. Vishal and Neha were also super impressed by her singing; all three of them were seen enjoying her groovy performance on the song Humma Humma. Shanmukhapriya was overwhelmed by the comments given by the judges and felt lucky to perform in front of them. She believes hard work always pays of well and this was that moment as her singing was being appreciated by the top singers of the industry.
