The television power couple Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Bonnerjee recently announced about expecting their second kid. However, the television couple was brutally trolled by the netizens for expecting their second pregnancy just four months after announcing the delivery of their firstborn. Giving it back to the trolls, the Khamoshiyaan actor said, “Hum jo hain, humme hi malum hai(We know who we are), only we know our truths.”
Gurmeet Choudhary Reacts To Trolls On Expecting Second Child
Recently, actor Gurmeet Choudhary took to his Instagram to announce the news about expecting his second child, sharing a picture with his wife Debina Bonnerjee and his daughter Lianna, the actor wrote, “Few decisions are divinely timed and nothing can change that…this is one such blessing..coming soon to complete us.”
While soon after the announcement was made many netizens were seen trolling the actor for announcing his second child just four months after announcing the delivery of his firstborn. Sharing his thoughts on the same, Gurmeet Choudhary told Hindustan Times, “I do read the comments online, but when I sense it is turning into trolling, I stop reading it. So, that doesn’t affect us. And that is the reason why Debina and I are so chilled out. Hum jo hain, humme hi malum hai. Only we know our truths. Before having Lianna, we have walked on a very difficult road to get a child in our life, and bahut saare log usse road se guzarte hain. So, becoming parents for the second time is a miracle for us. We are blessed.”
Gurmeet Choudhary On Expecting Second Baby
Meanwhile, in a recent interview with News18, dad-to-be Gurmeet Choudhary opened up about his excitement and joy over expecting his second child, he said, “Badi khushi ho rahi hai. I’ve always believed in the idea of ‘hum do humaare do”.
Talking about the importance of having a sibling, Gurmeet said, “I have always believed that a child, invariably, should have a sibling while growing up. The reason behind this is that both Debina and I remain extremely busy with work. The fact that Lianna will now have a companion brings us immeasurable joy.”

Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Bonnerjee tied the knot on 15 February 2011. Debina Bonnerjee and Gurmeet Choudhary were cast as Sita and Ram on Anand Sagar’s popular television show Ramayan. The two instantly fell in love with each other during the show. While Debina Bonnerjee is best known for starring in shows such as Dr. Madhumati On Duty and Santoshi Maa. On the other hand, Gurmeet Choudhary featured in shows such as Geet – Hui Sabse Parayi and Punar Vivaah – Zindagi Milegi Dobara among others.
