Bigg Boss 16: Television actor Shalin Bhanot currently resides in the Bigg Boss 16 house. During the recent episode, Shalin Bhanot was seen having an emotional breakdown after the actress received a letter from his home. Reacting to the same Shalin’s ex-wife Dalljiet Kaur recently shared an emotional post for her ex-husband.
Taking to her Instagram stories actress Dalljiet Kaur wrote an emotional note for her ex-husband Shalin Bhanot, she wrote, “Shalin, I’ve not seen Bigg Boss for a long time but came across this, I wish you well for this journey ahead. Play fair. Play with your heart.”
For the unversed, Dalljiet Kaur has also participated as a contestant in the 13th season of the Bigg Boss show in 2019. However, Dalljiet got eliminated in the initial weeks of the show. On the work front, Dalljiet rose to fame after she appeared in famous television shows “Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon” and “Manjiri in Kaala Teeka”.
Shalin & Dalljiet’s Relationship
For the uninitiated, Shalin and Dalljiet were married for almost 6 years after they decided to part ways in 2015. As per reports, Dalljiet has often stated in her interviews that Shalin has been abusive in their relationship, speaking to The Times of India, Daljeet said, “He pushed me in my father’s presence. My thigh was bruised for almost a month. But I forgave him, thinking it takes time for a marriage to work. On another occasion, he twisted my arm in front of his parents. But I finally decided enough was enough when he came charging towards me while I had Shaarav in my arms. It could have turned fatal for my 40-day-old premature child. That day, I left for my parent’s home in Bangalore.”
