Sayli Salunkhe On Show Going Off Air

Apart from Mohit Malik, lead actress Sayli Salunkhe who played the role of Vandana Karmarkar in Baatein Kuch Ankahee Si also opened up about the show going off air. In an exclusive interview with TOI, Sayli Salunkhe revealed that when the cast received the news, they were profoundly shocked. The announcement was difficult for everyone to accept. Sayli noted that the show was performing reasonably well in terms of TRP and was even leading in its time slot.

Therefore, the decision to end the show was particularly disheartening. Sayli suggested that perhaps there were even higher expectations for their TRP ratings, and since the numbers didn’t meet those expectations, the show was axed. Unfortunately, this is the reality; even with a great storyline and talented actors, if the TRP ratings don’t reflect success, the outcome isn’t favorable. Sayli added that despite the sadness among the cast and crew, they are approaching the end of the show with positivity.
