The show was all about different hurdles and games where nearly 100 participants tried to overcome obstacles like dirt, muddy water, etc.

90’s and 2000’s kids were fortunate as their childhoods flourished with amazing cartoons like Tom and Jerry, Popeye the Sailor Man, Courage the Cowardly Dog, SpongeBob Squarepants, Dragon Ball Z, Richie Rich, and their favorite, Takeshi’s Castle. There won’t be a single child from that generation who hasn’t watched this hilarious game show. So here is good news for all 90’s kids: Takeshi’s Castle Reboot will stream on Amazon Prime from the 2nd of November.

Takeshi’s Castle was the 80’s Japanese Game Show which started in India in 2005 on POGO. The show was all about different hurdles and games where nearly 100 participants tried to overcome obstacles like dirt, muddy water, etc. They had to face henchmen placed at different locations to disturb the participants. It was really fun to watch people doing weird tasks, but the main element that made the show humorous was the commentary. This show was dubbed in Hindi by the well-known actor and dancer Jaaved Jaffrey. He elevated the show to another level.

But now there will be a new Hindi voice on this show. As the teaser shows, our beloved YouTuber, comedian, and actor Bhuvan Bam will be a commentator for this game show.

As soon as the teaser was out, netizens went gaga over it and started to comment. A user wrote, “Javed Jafri was good… Titu Mama will continue his legacy for sure.” Another user wrote, “Can only imagine the amount of laughter this is going to bring us!!!!”

We have seen Bhuvan Bam through his YouTube channel BB Ki Vines and Dhindora web series. Bhuvan expressed his joy as it is a significant opportunity for him to work on a show he had grown up watching. He has various characters on his YouTube content, and BB is going to use one famous character among them while hosting Takeshi’s Castle.
