Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Leo is one of the much-awaited and highly-anticipated Tamil action thriller films of the year. Featuring Thalapathy Vijay alongside Sanjay Dutt and Trisha Krishnan the film was released in theatres today on 19th October. After a spectacular performance at the box office, the makers have now reportedly sold the film’s digital rights and have set the OTT release date of the film.
Leo OTT Release Date And Platform
As per a TOI report, the makers have sold the digital rights of the film for a whopping 120cr rupees. According to the reports, the Tamil action thriller film, Leo will be released on streaming giant Netflix on November 21. However, official confirmation is still awaited.
Leo Box Office Collection
Lokesh Kanagraj’s directorial “Leo” registered one of the biggest openings of the year. The film has crossed the 250cr mark domestically and is inching closer to the 300cr mark. Meanwhile, the film has already crossed the 450cr mark with its worldwide collection and will soon cross the 500cr mark globally.
Leo has now also become one of the highest-grossing Tamil films alongside films like “Jailer” and “2.0”. The film is also breaking records at the international box office beating all-time highest-grosser like “Pathaan”, “Jawan”, “Jailer” and others.
