Crew To Release On THIS OTT Platform After Its Theatrical Run!

CrewOTT: Directed by Rajesh Krishnan, the much-awaited and highly-anticipated Bollywood comedy-drama “Crew” was finally released in theatres on 29 March. Starring Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kriti Sanon, and Tabu the film opened up to average reviews from the moviegoers, however, the film still managed to secure an impressive opening. As per the latest reports, it is now revealed that a leading streaming OTT platform has bagged the digital rights of the film.

According to reports, Netflix has acquired the official streaming rights for the film, indicating a probable release on the platform. As per the reports, the OTT platform acquired the digital rights of the film at a substantial amount. However, an official confirmation is awaited.

Meanwhile, talking about the OTT release date of the film is yet to be announced. The 8-week theatre window is the standard theatrical-to-digital window that typically spans around 8 weeks. This means the film will most probably be released on the OTT platform by May or June.

About Crew

Crew follows the story of three close friends working as cabin crew for Kohinoor Airlines, whose peaceful lives are shattered when they become entangled in a complex situation engineered by someone with ulterior motives. Now, they are embroiled in an ongoing struggle to free themselves from the entrapment.

Directed by Rajesh A Krishnan and produced by Ekta Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor under Balaji Motion Pictures, the Bollywood comedy-drama, stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon in the lead roles alongside Diljit Dosanjh. Meanwhile, Kapil Sharma will be seen in a cameo role in the film. “Crew” was released in theatres on 29 March 2024.
