AaveshamOTT: After much anticipation, the Malayalam action-comedy movie “Aavesham,” directed by Jithu Madhavan and featuring Fahadh Faasil from “Pushpa,” was released in theaters on April 11. The film opened up to positive reviews, good IMDb rating, and a decent box office opening. As per the latest reports, it is now revealed that a leading streaming OTT platform has bagged the digital rights of the film.

According to reports, Amazon Prime Video has acquired the official streaming rights for the film, indicating a probable release on the platform. As per the reports, the OTT platform acquired the digital rights of the film at a substantial amount. However, an official confirmation is awaited.

Meanwhile, talking about the OTT release date of the film is yet to be announced. The 8-week theatre window is the standard theatrical-to-digital window that typically spans around 8 weeks. This means the film will most probably be released on the OTT platform by June or July.
