Nicki Minaj, 37, needs her husband, Kenneth Petty, 42, to be more than anything in the world with her in the delivery room after the birth of their first child. The two parents should welcome their baby together since Kenneth battled to be with his lady love, thanks to a July 31 judge’s ruling, which specified that Kenneth could also travel with Nicki.
“Nicki and Kenneth are inseparable so it seems unimaginable that he wouldn’t be by her side for the birth of their baby,” a source confirmed with HollywoodLife.
“That wasn’t even an option in her mind. But the judge’s decision is not the kind of thing Nicki would take for granted and she’s so grateful he’s able to support her throughout her pregnancy,” the source added. The insider also proceeded to say that Kenneth, whom Nicki married in August 2019, was her “rock throughout this experience,” adding that he “make an incredible father to that he will “make an incredible father to their baby.”
The source shared that Nicki truly understands how “important” it is for Kenneth to be there for her, particularly because during her first pregnancy he treated her like a real queen. “Kenneth has always been super attentive to Nicki, but now that they have a baby on the way it’s next level,” revealed another source. “He’s with her 24/7 and he’s all about making sure she has everything she needs.”

Naturally, Nicki, who kept her pregnancy out of the limelight for months, has not gone unnoticed by all of Kenneth ‘s movements and pampering. She feels “so lucky to have a partner like him,” shared the second insider, adding that Nicki “feels like she chose the right man to have her child with because he’s 100 percent there for her and the baby already.”
The “Super Bass” rapper set the Internet buzzing with a series of Instagram images on July 20 after she announced her month-long pregnancy. The rapper is already unbelievably hard at work, of course, and Kenneth just wants to be as helpful as possible during Nicki’s last weeks of pregnancy.
