Liam Payne who himself is a former member of the One Direction boy band candidly spoke about his ex band mate Zayn Malik. He spoke about Zayn’smusic making style and how he struggled with anxiety before any performance. He also recalled the old days when he was the part of the most popular boy band One Direction. He then revealed and spilled the beans on his mental health issues by saying that he battled with depression and alcohol abuse during his One Direction days. The One Direction boy band disolved back in 2014 when Zayn Malik walked out of the band. If the band would have still been intact then it would have completed 10 years on July 23. Fans are still awaiting their reunion and we hope that it happens soon.
