Emma Roberts is finally moved on from her past relationship with Garrett Hedlund! The actress is happily in a new relationship with Cody John. Roberts and actor Cody John recently went Instagram official after he took to the social media platform on August 25 and posted a photo of them sharing a sweet kiss. The black and white photo shows them on what appears to be a yacht.
In the photo, Cody can be seen wearing swim trunks while Emma stuns in a bikini as he wraps his arm around her and plants a kiss on her lips. Meanwhile, Roberts and the In The Dark actor, who posted two other pictures with Roberts and several friends, have been dating since the summer, as a source told ET. The source shared with the outlet, “She’s been very content with Cody and they’re enjoying their relationship and time together.”
The source added, “Their friends and family are happy for the both of them and think they make a great couple.” The photo surfaces on the internet just seven months after Roberts and Garrett Hedlund ended their ‘rocky’ relationship. Roberts and Hedlund started dating in March 2019, and they welcomed their son, Rhodes, in December 2020.
Roberts’ new relationship has reportedly also made an impact on her and Hedlund’s co-parenting.The source said to the outlet, “It’s been easy for Emma to co-parent with Garrett in a healthy way because she is so happy.” Despite their rocky relationship, fans must have noticed that they are on amicable terms at least for co-parenting. Moreover, Hedlund praised Roberts this past Mother’s Day.

From morning to night, all my love.” Just before their breakup, Emma and Garrett celebrated their baby son’s first birthday by hosting a rodeo-themed party. Emma shared a series of adorable photos from the party on her Instagram.
