The globally renowned singer whose recent Youtube documentary Dancing With The Devil that got released in March 2021 has always been open and vocal about her queer identity from past so many years and now as well, giving her fans a pleasant surprise Demi Lovato finally comes out as non-binary with twitter video.

She started off the video by saying, “Over the past year and a half, I’ve been doing some healing and self-reflective work, and through this work I’ve had the revelation that I identify as non-binary. With that said, I will be changing my pronouns to they/ them”.

Continuing on same, they continued, “I feel that this best represents the fluidity I feel in my gender expression and allows me to feel most authentic and true to the person I both know I am and still am discovering”.

The caption for their video post which finally opened up on her gender expression read, “Every day we wake up, we are given another opportunity & chance to be who we want & wish to be. I’ve spent the majority of my life growing in front of all of you… you’ve seen the good, the bad, & everything in between”.

Demi also added that they would be using their new video series titled ‘4D With Demi Lovato’ to openly speak about their non-binary identity followed by what it means to them and what the entire concept of gender identity might look like to other people.

Demi also went on to add, “I want to make it clear that I’m still learning and coming in to myself, and I don’t claim to be an expert or a spokesperson”.

In the video, I Love Me (2020) fame queen of pop Demi Lovato also said, “Not only has my life been a journey for myself, I was also living for those on the other side of the cameras. Today is a day I’m so happy to share more of my life with you all – I am proud to let you know that I identify as non-binary & will officially be changing my pronouns to they/them moving forward”.

They also shared, “This has come after a lot of healing & self-reflective work. I’m still learning & coming into myself, & I don’t claim to be an expert or a spokesperson. Sharing this with you now opens another level of vulnerability for me. I’m doing this for those out there that haven’t been able to share who they truly are with their loved ones. Please keep living in your truths & know I am sending so much love your way xox”.

This important disclosure from the awards winning hollywood popstar and singer comes after Demi who has always been speaking out in support of the entire LGBTQ community and also referred to herself as queer, announced that they are Pansexual on the Joe Rogan podcast and when asked if they ever want children, Demi responded, “I’m doing this for those out there that haven’t been able to share who they truly are with their loved ones. Please keep living in your truths & know I am sending so much love your way xox”.

She also added, “I also don’t know if I’m going to end up with a guy, so I can’t really see myself getting pregnant. I’m so fluid now. And a part of the reason why I’m so fluid is because I was super closeted off”. Also when asked if Demi was pansexual, they replied, “Yeah, pansexual”.
