Charlie Puth Requests Fans Stop Throwing Things At Performers During Live Concerts

After a bizarre incident happened, Charlie Puth recently addressed the trend of throwing objects at singers during their concerts.

It has become a trend that when singers are performing live, people throw things at them without thinking how harmful it will be for the person in front. Charlie Puth recently addressed the trend of throwing objects at singers during their concerts. Bebe Rexha, Ava Max, and recently, Kelsea Ballerini, were injured by fans at their concerts over the past few weeks.

Charlie took to his Twitter handle on Friday and called out these shameless incidents. He tweeted, “This trend of throwing things at performers while they are on stage must come to an end. (Bebe, Ava, AND NOW Kelsea Ballerini…) It’s so disrespectful and very dangerous. Please just enjoy the music I beg of you…”

On Wednesday, Kelsea Ballerini was hit in the face when a fan threw an object at her onstage during her show in Boise, Idaho. The incidental video from the live concert capturing that exact moment went viral on social media shortly afterwards. She stopped the performance for a while to leave the stage.

She addressed the incident in the same show and said, “I want to say about what just happened, all I care about is keeping everyone safe. So if you ever don’t feel safe, please let someone around you know. There’s security everywhere tonight.”

Earlier last month, Bebe Rexha suffered an injury while performing at The Rooftop at Pier 17 in midtown Manhattan. A cell phone was thrown at her face by a fan, splitting her brows and requiring stitches.

A few days after the Bebe Rexha incident, Ava Max received a slap from a man who entered the stage during a Los Angeles concert.
