Ariana Grande Sells Her Hollywood Hills Home

Singer Ariana Grande sold her Hollywood Hills home at a small profit of 14 million dollars to an undisclosed buyer just a week after getting a restraining order against the stalker.

Singer Ariana Grande is moving out of the Hollywood Hills. The 28-year-old singer sold the home on Wednesday at a small profit of 14 million dollars to an undisclosed buyer, according to TMZ. Grande purchased the house in June 2020 for $13.7 million on the abode.

The sale comes just weeks after the singer was granted a five-year restraining order against a stalker named Aharon Zebulun Brown, 23, who allegedly brandished a large hunting knife at the home she just sold. According to DailyMail, it was reported in September that Brown managed to get onto Grande’s property, threatening to kill her and her security team while brandishing a hunting knife. Police were called and Brown attempted to flee on foot but he was ultimately apprehended and taken into custody.

The singer filed for a restraining order, saying, “I am fearful for my safety and the safety of my family. I fear that absent a restraining order, Mr. Brown will continue to come to my home and attempt to physically harm or murder me or members of my family.” Ariana Grande was granted a five-year restraining order from Brown in early October by Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Reginald Neal. However, she purchased the home in June 2020 just weeks after Ariana Grande is married to real estate agent Dalton Gomez, and also just weeks after dealing with yet another stalker.

The singer, and her mother Joan, was granted another five-year restraining order against Fidel Henriquez, who was ordered not to come within 100 yards of their homes and vehicles. Although, he was caught on the singer’s property in March 2020 after following a delivery truck through the gates, before knocking on her mother’s door with a hand-written love letter to her daughter. Meanwhile, in the same month, Grande was banged by someone, who called police claiming that shots were being fired at her home.
