They also stated that any additional funds collected would be allocated to support an animal rescue.
The individuals behind the GoFundMe page for Kagney’s mother expressed, “We are fundraising on behalf of Tina, Kagney’s mom, for the cost of Kagney’s memorial and all financial expectations associated with it.”
