In India, a higher percentage of people believe in superstition. Just like any other common man our superstar Shah Rukh Khan too believes in superstition. Yes, that’s right SRK has his superstition and that applies to his films. You must be wondering if this is true but our King Khan has said it himself.
Back in the 90s, Shah Rukh Khan has given many hits like Dar, Karan Arjun, Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge, and more. SRK believes all these films were a hit because he had a running sequence in them. Our Bollywood king has this superstition that his running sequence makes a film hit.
The actor feels when he runs in a movie that flick becomes a hit. In an old interview during the time of his film Koyla, the actor spoke about this. While talking to Lehren, SRK said, Mera ek superstition hai, ‘main jis film me bhagta hoon woh hit hoti hai. Main Dar me bhaga Sunny se woh bohot badi hit hogai. Uske baad Salman Khan ne Karan Arjun me mujhe kaha bhaag Arjun bhaag… main bhagta raha film bohot badi hit hogai. Dilwale me main ladki ke piche bhagta raha woh bhi badi hit hogai. Is film (Koyla) me humne woh trend jaari rakha hai is picture me main bohot bhagta hu.”

In terms of work, Shah Rukh Khan has an exciting slate of upcoming projects. After playing a cameo in Brahmastra, he will headline Aditya Chopra’s Pathaan. The movie is a spy thriller also featuring Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. Pathan is slated to release on 35th January 2023, In the pipeline, the Badshah also has Jawan and Dunki.
Jawan is Atlee’s directorial set to hit big screens on 2nd June 2023. It also stars south actress Nayanthara in the lead role. The next that SRK has backed is Rajkumar Hirani Films’ next production Dunki. Taapsee Pannu is starred alongside him in Dunki which will arrive in theaters on 22nd December 2023.
