Brahmastra’s box office collection has apparently been one of the much-discussed topics on the internet. Despite opening up to mixed reviews and the ongoing boycott trends, the film has managed to get a record-shattering collection at the box office. The film has now already entered the 200cr club while surpassing major blockbusters of the year like Kartik Aryan starrer Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and Vivek Agnihotri’s film The Kashmir Files among many others.

However, many people including quite a few Bollywood celebs like Kangana Ranaut among others were recently seen questioning the box office figures of Ayan Mukerji’s film, Brahmastra. I don’t know how did they beat #TheKashmirFiles… with sticks, rods, hockey… or AK47 or stones…. Or with paid PR and influencers? Let Bollywood films compete with each other. Leave us alone. I am not in that dumb race. Thanks.”

However, this is definitely not the first time that the filmmaker has taken a dig at Ayan Mukerji’s film. Earlier the filmmaker reshared a post that claimed about PVR and INOX have lost nearly Rs 800 crore due to ‘Brahmastra’. Resharing the tweet, Vivek wrote, “Problem is everything runs on fakeness in Bollywood. And nobody is answerable. No industry can survive which invests 0% in R&D and wastes 70-80% money on stars,”
