However, his Bollywood debut film, Liger, which also stars Ananya Pandey, made a big negative impact on his fans and audience; the film failed at the box office and also faced harsh comments. The actor, who will be seen with Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the multilingual love-drama Khushi, has opened up about Liger’s failure at the box office.

During the trailer launch of ‘Kushi’ here on Wednesday, the actor shared that ‘Liger’ is not the first failure of his life and that he has had many flops earlier as well, just as he has had many hit movies.

Vijay told the media that it does hurt when a film doesn’t work. He has faced many flops in the past, and Liger is not the first one. I have also had many hits before. He will continue to experience both flops and hits because, ultimately, they are trying to tell the story to the audience.

Vijay Deverakonda believes that as a creative person, he wants to tell as many stories as he can, and the process of doing so involves many risks. But, despite the risks, he will still do it every time and give it his all.
