Adipurush duo Kriti Sanon and Prabhas have lately been grabbing the attention for their rumored relationship. It was recently rumored that Baahubali actor Prabhas went down on his knees to propose to Kriti. Reacting to the same Kriti Sanon recently took to her Instagram and denied all the rumors about her relationship with Prabhas. Meanwhile, now actor Varun Dhawan who earlier fueled the rumors about Kriti’s relationship with Prabhas has now stated that all he said on the reality show Jhalak was just “for fun”.
Taking to his Instagram stories Varun Dhawan cleared the air and stated that he joked about Kriti Sanon’s relationship with Prabhas and that the two aren’t dating. Varun wrote, “Guys Ul had your fun but it’s just fun and stuff the channels have edited to have fun we took it as humour don’t let your imagination run so wild.”
Varun Dhawan shared this story after Kriti Sanon addressed her relationship rumors with Prabhas, Kriti wrote, “Its neither Pyaar, nor PR. our Bhediya just went a little too wild on a reality show. And his fun banter lead to some Howl-arious rumours. Before some portal announces my wedding date-let me burst your bubble. The rumours are ABSOLUTELY baseless!”
For the unversed, the relationship rumors and speculations about Kriti Sanon and Prabhas gained momentum after Varun Dhawan hinted at their relationship during his appearance on the dance reality show “Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa”. Where Karan Johar asked Varun to name a few eligible bachelor actresses in the industry.
Varun took many names excluding Kriti’s reacting to which Karan asked Varun why he didn’t take Kriti Sanon’s name. To this Varun said, “Kriti’s name is not here because her name is in someone’s heart. That man is not in Mumbai because right now he is shooting with Deepika Padukone.”
Reacting to the viral video many netizens claimed that the actor was hinting at Baahubali actor Prabhas who is shooting for his film, Project K with Deepika Padukone. For the uninitiated, the rumors of Kriti Sanon and Prabhas gained pace after Kriti Sanon was asked in her interview with India Today that among Tiger, Kartik Aaryan, and Prabhas who will the actress marry. Kriti said, “I would flirt with Kartik, date Tiger, and would rather get married to Prabhas.”
