Arjun Kapoor Opens Up About His Relationship Struggles With Malaika Arora
On the popular celebrity talk show, filmmaker Karan Johar asked the Ek Villain Returns actor Arjun Kapoor about his future wedding. Responding to questions on marriage plans Arjun mentioned that he wishes to focus on his career as of now hence, the two are not planning to tie the knot anytime soon. He said, “I wanted to focus on my career. I would like to see where I am going. I am a very realistic person, it is not like I need to hide anything. I am not sitting here and being coy. I would really like to be, professionally, a little more stable. And I am not talking financially, I am talking about emotionally. I would like to do work that makes me happy. Because if I am happy, I can make my partner happy. And I feel a lot of my happiness comes from my work.”
Sonam Kapoor Stalks Genelia-Riteish On Social Media
During her appearance on the seventh season of Karan Johar’s chat show, actress Sonam revealed that she stalks actress Genelia D’Souza on Instagram. Sonam said, “Genelia is amazing on social media, I love watching her reels and you know her and Riteish, she and Riteish are hilarious, and you know they genuinely obviously love each other, and you can tell. So I am constantly stalking her on social media. She further revealed that she also follows Sara Ali Khan and Sameera Reddy on social media as well.
Sonam Says Her Brothers Have Slept With All Her Friends
Filmmaker, Karan asked Sonam about how many of her friends Arjun has dated. To this, she says, that her brothers have slept with all her friends and that between them, ‘there’s no one left’, leaving Karan and Arjun shocked. To this Arjun says, “What kind of sister are you? What are you saying about us?”
Arjun Was Suspended Because Of Sonam
Arjun Kapoor recalls how he got a black eye while protecting Sonam, he said, “I went up to him(bully), telling him how can you talk to my sister like that. I imagined it would be like Shah Rukh Khan in Josh where two gangs fight but I just got socked in the eye! I had a black-eye and I got suspended because I abused him.”
Sonam Calls Brahmastra As Shiva No. 1
While in one segment of the episode, actress Sonam Kapoor mentions Ranbir Kapoor, however unlike the last time the actress compliments Ranbir for promoting his film Brahmastra. It begins when Karan asks Sonam about who is the most happening actor in Bollywood right now. To this, she quips, and takes Ranbir Kapoor’s name because he ‘has been promoting his film with Ayan.’ When asked which film that was, she guessed ‘Shiva No. 1’. Arjun sighs and says, “You’re a mess, yaar Sonam.”
Koffee With Karan Season 7 premieres on Disney+Hotstar. The recent episode featured Aamir Khan-Kareena Kapoor Khan. Previously, the couch has witnessed Alia Bhatt-Ranveer Singh, Sara Ali Khan-Janhvi Kapoor, Akshay Kumar-Samantha Ruth Prabhu, and Vijay Deverakonda-Ananya Panday.
