Tiger 3, another movie in the YRF spy universe, has become a hit because of the large fan followings of movie lead Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif. It is said to be the biggest opener movie in Salman Khan’s entire career. On the very first day, it earned Rs. 44 crore at the domestic box office and just within 2 days it crossed the number of Rs. 100 crore.
The movie directed by Maneesh Sharma has been doing great at the box office since its release on November 12. In between, it faced a drop due to Men’s Cricket World Cup matches. On its second Sunday (8th day), 19th November, it earned Rs. 10.5 crore due to the finals of the India Vs Australia World Cup. On the second Monday, i.e. on 20th November, it is predicted that the movie will earn Rs. 6.50 crore. And with all these calculations, it will reach the number of Rs. 236.43 crore domestically.
On the 6th day, Tiger 3 earned 13.25 crore in all languages: Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. On the 7th day, it collected 18.5 crore all over in India. Globally, it reached Rs. 376 crore. This movie is a big success for Salman Khan and for the entire team. But still the movie has not crossed the records of Jawan, Pathaan and Gadar 2 released this year.
Another reason behind the success of this movie is the Cameos of Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan. Shah Rukh in the character of Pathaan and Hrithink from War has a special appearance in the film. These two movies are also part of the YRF spy universe and with their cameos there are chances that another part of these movies will be there for the audience soon.
