This news came out officially in media now after the earlier ones where an eye witness claimed to have seen Sushant and Rhea meeting each other at 13th June night and in between the wee hours of the morning before his death on 14th June when Sushant was found dead in his Bandra apartment.

That eyewitness further also claimed the fact that she had seen Sushant dropping Rhea at her house thus completely refuting and blatantly dismissing Rhea’s story and claims of having left Sushant’s home on the 8th June 2020.
Reports are now also doing the rounds that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) are now thinking and mulling over to file an FIR under Section 302, IPC in Sushant’s case. If Rhea is really found guilty of doing so with the late actor, then she could certainly be getting a life imprisonment in the jail. Sushant’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti found this particular news and truth as a big breakthrough fact which could be a big clue into her brother’s death investigation. The media reports also state the main important fact that now after seeing all these new facts getting discovered in the case, the CBI is likely and most probably going to re investigate and re-examine Siddharth Pithani, Dipesh Sawant and all Sushant’s staff that were present in the house on 14th June.
Also now it looks like the Forensic Department of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), which has been brought on board by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) so that they can get the real and authentic factual evidences based proper medico-legal opinion in late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case, still needs to look more deeply and thoroughly into some legal aspects before reaching a “logical legal conclusion”.
The AIIMS forensic team had visited and went to the Bandra flat of Sushant where he was found dead on 14th June. Their entire team also recreated and re did the whole incident scene along with the CBI team who were accompanied by Sushant’s sister Mitu Singh, his flat mate Siddharth Pithani, and personal staff Neeraj, Keshav Bachne and Dipesh Sawant. The AIIMS team also studied and deeply assessed the autopsy report of Sushant prepared by the doctors of the Cooper Hospital in Mumbai.
