Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt has finally made her long-awaited debut at the Met Gala this year. The actress made her grand debut in an astonishingly beautiful white pearl gown made by Prabal Gurung. Her look was appreciated by the fans, and they also congratulated her on her debut. However, netizens are not happy with her look and outfit, as they feel that she has kept it simple. And even remembering the Met Gala looks of Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone and saying that both of them were always daring for new things.
Alia Bhatt shared her photos from the red carpet on her official Instagram handle. Also, she shared a long note to thank everyone. She opted for an absolutely gorgeous white gown with pearl detailing and minimal makeup. Many industry celebrities, including Katrina Kaif, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, and many others, congratulated her on her debut.
However, netizens are not happy with her look and some are again complaining that she copied Deepika’s look. Reacting to her post, one user wrote, “All time you copied Deepika, like she wore black gown in oscar you did on IFA and now here she wore white saree with moti sequel…you follow the same pattern.”
The second user wrote, “This whole oh look at me I’m a sparkly fairy princess thing is boring and tired and quite frankly nauseating. Sorry to say but Met Gala is not for you darling. These are only for DP and PC. You Should just stick to filmfare and Zee cine awards only.”
The third user wrote, “Not so impressed. Looking v basic. Also, no one is literally paying attention to take your pictures.”
