Netizens Are Connecting Jawan Dialogue ‘Bete Ko Haath Lagane Se Pahle, Baap Se Baat Kar’ To Sameer Wankhede, Who Arrested Aryan Khan In Drug Case

Certain Netizens Have Pointed Out That The Dialogue Might Allude To Sameer Wankhade, Who Was Allegedly Involved In Aryan Khan's Unjustified Drug Case

The much-awaited trailer for Shah Rukh Khan’s movie “Jawan” has been launched, and the internet is buzzing with excitement. However, a specific dialogue from the trailer, where Shah Rukh says, “Bete ko haath lagane se pahle, baap se baat kar” (Before touching the son, talk to the father), has sparked a connection to Aryan Khan’s drug case, in which he was arrested by NCB officer Sameer Wankhade.

Certain netizens have pointed out that the dialogue might allude to Sameer Wankhade, who was allegedly involved in Aryan Khan’s unjustified drug case. Wankhede faced CBI accusations for reportedly demanding a bribe of Rs 25 crore to avoid implicating Aryan Khan in the cruise drugs case. On October 2, 2021, Wankhede conducted a raid on the Cordelia Cruise, resulting in Aryan’s arrest. Aryan spent almost a month in jail before being granted bail by the Bombay High Court on October 28.

Speaking about “Jawan,” the movie is set to release on September 7. The trailer has already garnered millions of views on YouTube. Shah Rukh Khan took to his Twitter handle to share the trailer and wrote, “Of Justice & A Jawan. Of Women & their Vengeance. Of a Mother & A Son. And of course, a lot of Fun!!! Ready Ahhh!!!”

Directed by Atlee, “Jawan” features Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in leading roles. The film also includes a special cameo appearance by Deepika Padukone. Alongside them, key roles are played by Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Sunil Grover, Yogi Babu, Riddhi Dogra, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Girija Oak, Lehar Khan, and Aaliyah Qureishi.

Recently, a pre-release event was held in Chennai, attended by nearly the entire cast. Vijay Sethupathi, who portrays the antagonist in the film, shared a humorous personal anecdote that resonated with the audience. He recounted, “When I was in school, I was in love with a girl. But she didn’t know. Every Jaanu has a Ram after all (a reference to his 2018 film ’96). However, that girl was in love with SRK. It has taken these many years to have my revenge,” the actor humorously revealed.

In response, Shah Rukh Khan playfully retorted, “Everyone here spoke in Tamil, and I am sure they all spoke highly of me. Except for Vijay Sethupathi, who was talking about a girl. Let me tell you one thing, sir, you can have your revenge but not my girls. They are mine.”
