Versatile actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui is back in Mumbai after his extended holiday amid the lockdown. The actor is back in the city to shoot for some new ventures. Apparently, he signed all these projects during the lockdown. During his recent interaction with Spotboye, Nawaz opened up about going through numerous scripts at his home in Budhana.
Speaking of what kind of projects he is looking forward to, Nawaz revealed, “None at all. I am not looking to do author-backed roles. Nor am I insisting on doing only feature films for theatres. I am open to any offer on any platform, OTT or theatre, as long as the role poses a challenge beyond what I’ve already done.”
Well, it seems like we won’t be able to see Nawaz essay the role of a gangster anytime soon. Apart from his work thing, the 46-year old also spoke about whom he is missing after coming back to Mumbai.
The Serious Men actor said, “I miss my Ammi and my dog Tiger. They are very close to my heart. I wish they would be here with me. Unfortunately, Ammi won’t come away from her home. And Tiger is needed over there more than here.”
Furthermore, Nawaz confesses to feeling lonely but he might keep himself busy by getting back to work.
A while back, Nawazuddin Siddiqui was hitting the headlines because of the alleged accusation against him by his wife Aaliya Siddiqui. However, there has been no more update about it as of now.
