Bollywood BFF duo Sara Ali Khan and Ananya Panday recently appeared on Karan Johar’s chat show, Koffee With Karan season 8. During the episode, the two actresses were seen getting candid about their personal and dating life. In the latest episode, Sara Ali Khan was finally seen addressing her breakup with her ex-boyfriend Kartik Aaryan.
During the episode, Karan Johar directly asked Sara about her breakup with Kartik and how she managed to be friends with him after breaking up. Addressing the same Sara Ali Khan answered the question in general and said, “It isn’t always easy. When you are involved with anybody, whether it’s friends, professionally, or romantically.”
Sara further revealed that she gets invested in her relationships, she added, “I get involved and invested. It is not like, ‘Oh yeah, it doesn’t really matter, whatever it’s today, whatever it is tomorrow’. It’s not like that. It does affect you. But ultimately you have to rise beyond that.”
For the unversed, Sara Ai Khan has earlier appeared on the chat show in 2018, during which she shared her crush list with the filmmaker and mentioned the Bhool Bhulaiyaa actor, Kartik Aaryan being attractive.
While shooting for the film Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Love Aaj Kal’, Bollywood actors Kartik Aaryan and Sara Ali Khan were rumored to be dating around the same time. Later, the actors reportedly broke up. The actors, however, have never spoken publicly about their rumored romance and breakup. They never confirmed nor denied their relationship.
In the same episode, Sara Ali Khan also clarified the rumors about her dating Shubman Gill. Sara cleared the air and revealed that it was not her but Sachin Tedulkar’s daughter Sara who is dating cricketer Shubman Gill.
