Kareena Kapoor has been acting in Hindi films for over two decades. Starting her career with Abhishek Bachchan in ‘Refugee’, she has delivered many commercially successful films like ‘Jab We Met’, ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Ghum’, ‘Good Newwz’, ‘Main Prem Ki Deewani Hoon’ etc.
In her career, Kareena has shared screen with Khiladi Akshay Kumar in several films. This includes ‘Aitraaz’, ‘Bewafaa’, ‘Ajnabee’, ‘Tashan’, ‘Kambakkht Ishq’ and ‘Gabbar Is Back’. Their recent association was for the comedy-drama film ‘Good Newwz’ in which they played a married couple.
From ‘Aitraaz’ to ‘Good Newwz’, Akshay and Kareena have shared awesome on-screen chemistry. However, the actress says that it feels weird to work with him.
Recently, Kareena appeared as a guest on Twinkle Khanna’s chat show for her YouTube Channel called ‘Tweak India’. During the candid conversation, Kareena said, “I am romancing all of Karisma’s co-stars, it’s so weird. During Akshay’s first shot, I was in my school uniform. It’s been such a long time, it just shows how amazing he is rather than me.”
To this, Twinkle disagreed and said, “Maybe not, it also shows that here men can just have these long careers.”
While most people have loved the 20-minute conversation between Kareena and Twinkle on the show, a few people on the internet trolled Kareena for saying that it feels weird to work with Akshay. People mentioned her marriage with Saif Ali Khan who is 10 years elder than her.
A user wrote, “She was a kid when Saif got married to Amrita. Does this not feel weird to her?”
Another commented, “What about Saif and the two kids you have with him?”
For the unaware, Akshay Kumar is 54-years-old and Saif Ali Khan is 51. Kareena, on the other hand, turned 41 recently.
