Kajol has recently garnered widespread appreciation for her performances in “Lust Stories 2” and “The Trial.” Notably, she is carefully utilizing her earnings, as the latest reports reveal her acquisition of an office space in Mumbai’s Andheri area.
The newly purchased office, situated in the Signature Building on Oshiwara’s Veera Desai Road in Andheri West, Mumbai, encompasses a carpet area of 194.67 square meters. The property deal was finalized on July 28th and is estimated to be valued at around Rs 7.64 crore. Documents obtained by Propstack and a report by Moneycontrol indicate that the transaction was conducted through Vir Savarkar Projects Pvt Ltd.
This isn’t Kajol’s first significant property investment. Earlier, she acquired an apartment worth Rs 16.50 crore, covering 2,493 square feet and featuring four reserved parking spaces. In the meantime, her husband, Ajay Devgn, has also made a substantial investment by purchasing five office spaces, totaling Rs 45.09 crore. These investments include three units on the 16th floor and two units on the 17th floor, spanning a collective area of 13,298 sq ft.
In May 2021, the Devgn couple purchased a 5,102 sq ft bungalow in Kapole Co-operative Housing Society in Juhu for a sum of ₹60 crore.
Shifting focus to her professional pursuits, Kajol has the film “Do Patti” in her pipeline, co-starring Kriti Sanon. The movie is a collaborative effort between Sanon and Kathha Pictures, featuring a script by Kanika Dhillon. The director of the film is Shashanka Chaturvedi. Both Kajol and Kriti Sanon play significant roles in the production.
