Bollywood’s much-anticipated film, ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ is all set to make its trailer launch on 29 May during the IPL match. The actor has been making quite some unique strategies to promote his upcoming film. Aamir Khan recently shared a few videos featuring the IPL gurus Irrfan Pathan and Harbhajan Singh in his videos.
As revealed earlier, Laal Singh Chaddha trailer will be launched during the IPL finale as the actor will turn into a host for the day. Apparently, along with many film stars cricketers like Harbhajan Singh and Irrfan Pathan have also joined the promotional bandwagon.
The actor unveiled a series of videos featuring cricketer Irrfan Khan and Harbhajan Singh. In one of the videos, when Aamir went on to interview Irfan Pathan, he complimented the bowler by calling him a good cricketer. Aamir asked, “Sab ke mu mein ek hi sawal hai. Ke tere swing se zyada Teri injuri kyu hoti thi ( Everyone wants to know why you had more injuries than swings)?” To which the cricketer gets offended and leaves in mid conversation.
In yet another video, Harbhajan Singh approaches the actor and asks Aamir to show him the trailer of the film to which he says that he hasn’t even shown the trailer to Kareena yet, Harbhajan replies that he won’t tell her, Aamir mentions since the video hasn’t been released the quality wouldn’t be great, while later his phone gets switched off due to low battery.
While in the third video, both the cricketers approach the actor and ask him to show them the trailer and not keep tricking him, Aamir says I am scared if you don’t like it as he has been preparing for the film for the last 14 years, While the trailer gets interrupted with Kareena’s call. Both the cricketer talks with the actress and decides to add the actor to the team. Later they all leave to watch the trailer on the big screen.
The audience is also waiting for this much-anticipated release as the actor will be seen on the big screen for nearly after 5 long years.
Directed by Advait Chandan, the project is being produced by Aamir Khan Production House, Kiran Rao, and Viacom18 Studios. The movie also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Mona Singh, and Chaitanya Akkineni in pivotal roles.
